  • Wrongfully Arrested.. My case was DROPPED!!!

    7 months ago I was wrongfully arrested on 2 felonies facing up to 20 years ! You could imagine being a mother of two and waking up to go to work one day and having the sheriffs office at your gate with a warrant was something I could have never imagined! To say I felt like my life was over was an understatement! I called probably 20 criminal defense attorneys and my dad’s best friend suggested calling Bogin, Munns & Munns, I didn’t even realized they took on cases like these but boy was I wrong. All the other attorneys wanted money down to even give me the slightest bit of advice or any type of actual conference. Mr. Boomershine took a substantial amount of time with me upon our first phone call, I left our conversation knowing that this was the firm I was going with. After our original phone call was followed up by a phone call with the lead attorney who would be taking my case, Mrs. Hedley. Not only was she patient and understanding throughout the whole process but the entire staff was phenomenal. Between my random text questions, emails, documents I continued to find , etc…. She stayed patient with me and never made me feel like I was bothering her. IM SO GLAD THAT THIS FIRM AND MRS. HEDLEY WERE ON MY SIDE!!!! My case was DROPPED!!! I can now be back to being a volunteer for my kids and their extra circulars, I can go back to living a normal life, I can go back to starting to be who I was before this entire incident!
